2. Promotion Overview
The Golden Oak Giveaway is a free prize draw open to everyone, regardless of whether they have previously purchased from, subscribed to, or received any products from the World of Mossheart website.
Entry into the Promotion is obtained either:
by receiving a Golden Oak Ticket, which may be distributed at random within mailings issued by the Mossheart Studios, or
via a free postal entry method (see Section 4).
Receipt of a Mossheart Mail Club letter is not required to enter or win.
Each valid order and free application constitutes one entry into the relevant monthly draw. Tickets are distributed at random during fulfilment processes. No additional action is required for ticket holders to be entered.
This Promotion is a free prize draw. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase or subscription does not increase the chances of winning in any way. All entry routes are treated equally.
💛 The Golden Oak Giveaway is a goodwill initiative intended to share a small moment of joy and creativity. It is not a skill-based or purchase-linked competition.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs on a monthly basis, with each month treated as a separate draw period. Entry cut-off dates correspond to the monthly fulfilment schedule determined by Mossheart Studios.
Late postal entries may be included in the following month’s draw at our discretion.
4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
There are two equal methods of entry:
A. Random Inclusion Entry
A Golden Oak Ticket may be included at random within mailings issued by the the World of Mossheart. Anyone who places an order, for any products in store, or applies through the free postal entry method automatically becomes an entrant into the relevant monthly draw.
B. Postal Entry (Free Alternative Method)
To enter without purchase, send your full name and contact details to:

Postal entries must be sent via standard postal services (e.g. Royal Mail Second Class or equivalent international standard mail).
Tracked, signed-for, express, courier, or premium delivery services will not qualify, as this no longer counts as a free entry.
Only one entry per person per month is permitted, regardless of entry method. This entry limit applies equally to all entry methods.
5. Prize
The prize is a Mossheart Prize Bundle, which is shown in detail every month on the social media channels, and a in depth description with photos available upon request.
They will always include:
art prints
handmade stationery or stickers
small crafted items
other surprise items from the Mossheart collection
Approximate retail value: £50
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection
Winners are determined by possession of a valid Golden Oak Ticket or valid postal entry.
All entries are treated equally and have an equal chance of winning regardless of entry method.
Each month is conducted as a separate independent draw period.
7. Claiming the Prize
Winners must contact me at mossheartstudios@gmail.com or on social media channels within 30 days of the end of the relevant Promotion Period or notification (whichever occurs later)
Proof of winning is required (e.g. photograph of golden oak leaf)
Failure to claim within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize
8. Delivery of Prize
Prizes will be dispatched after valid claim verification.
The World of Mossheart is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once items have been posted.
9. Eligibility
Open worldwide unless restricted by local law
Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
No purchase, subscription, or prior engagement is required to participate
10. Fairness and Independence
The Promotion is conducted on a random basis
No entry method provides greater chance of winning
Subscription status, purchase history, or prior interaction does not affect eligibility or odds
All entries are treated equally and independently each month
11. Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for administration of the Promotion and prize fulfilment.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties and will only be retained for as long as necessary for administration purposes.
12. Publicity
Winners may be invited (but are not required) to share feedback or images. Participation in publicity is optional and not a condition of receiving a prize.
13. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for:
lost, delayed, or misdirected mail
incorrect entrant details
postal system failures outside reasonable control
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to Promotion administration.
