It is prohibited to use, replicate, re-purpose or re-sell any of World of Mossheart photos, art works, designs, writing or products without written permission from the company themselves.

Anyone found infringing on the copyright of the intellectual property of Matilda Moon and Mossheart Studios will be contacted immediately and asked to stop. If the other party continues, legal action will be taken.

Mail Club T&C's:
Your Mail Club subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

Once your payment for the current month's Mail Club has been successfully processed, your subscription for that month's letter is confirmed and is non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If your payment for the current month has not yet been processed, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged. If payment has already been processed, your cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle, and you will still receive any letters included in the month already paid for.

Prepaid Subscriptions

Prepaid subscriptions are offered at a discounted price in exchange for a fixed-term commitment of 3, 6 or 12 months.

By purchasing a prepaid subscription, you agree to receive the full number of letters included within your chosen subscription term. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled before the end of the selected term.

If you choose to cancel during an active prepaid subscription, your cancellation will be scheduled to take effect once your prepaid term has been fulfilled and all letters included within your subscription have been sent.

No full or partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining within a prepaid subscription.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Royal Mail and international postal services. I cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you believe your Mail Club letter has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to help in accordance with our Lost Mail Policy.
