Changing your address
For future Mail Club letters, you can update your address yourself on the customer portal: manage your subscription here.
For an order that's already been processed (Mail Club or shop), send me your order number and the correct address in full. Please note: Mail Club postage labels are prepared well in advance — once a label has been produced and assigned to a letter I can no longer amend that letter's address, only future ones. Once a shop order has been fulfilled, its address can't be changed.

Cancel or manage your subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time on the customer portal: manage your subscription here.
I've been charged again but haven't received my letter
Not to worry — this is completely normal, and here's why. Subscription payments are processed the month before each letter is sent out.
For example, if you subscribe on the 5th of the month, your first letter is dispatched the following month on shipping day (around the 8th). So the payment for your second letter is taken before your first letter has even shipped.
That means seeing a charge before your letter arrives is expected — it isn't a double charge.
Can I buy previous letters?
Right now, it’s not possible! In the meantime, the complete collection of previous audiobooks are available as an MP3 download, a lovely way to enjoy the stories now.

Are the stories suitable for children?
Absolutely! Mossheart stories are written for children and adults alike, with wholesome content, gentle family adventures, and whimsical tales perfect for cosy readers, art lovers, and anyone in need of a little monthly joy.
Reading ability naturally varies from child to child, so it's always best for parents or carers to decide whether the stories are suitable for their child's reading level. I've received lovely feedback from families whose children have been reading The Mossheart Mail independently from around age 7, while others have found the stories are better suited to independent reading around ages 9–10. We've even had families tell us that their teenagers have taken the stories into school to share with their classmates. Younger children have also been enjoying listening to the audiobooks and exploring the artwork together with a parent.
It really is a family experience for all ages.
If you'd like to try the stories before joining, previous audiobooks are available as downloadable MP3s HERE.
