Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times will depend on your country, region, and local postal service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and should be treated as guidelines only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Mossheart cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Mail Club Orders

The Mossheart Mail Club operates on a dedicated production and shipping schedule that differs from regular shop orders.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both a Mail Club subscription item and additional shop items, the entire order will be shipped together on the designated Mail Club shipping day.

This allows us to package everything together and helps reduce packaging waste and shipping costs.

If you require non-Mail Club items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal service and is outside of Mossheart's control. Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs processing

  • Seasonal postal delays

  • Weather events

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Local delivery disruptions

  • International transit delays

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Mail

If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Claims for lost mail may be subject to waiting periods required by the postal service before a replacement or refund can be considered.
